Artists: name, email address, and any preferences you share (for example, discipline, location, or dates) when you join our waitlist or contact us. Residency operators: contact details, business information, listing content, and billing information. Usage data: basic analytics and cookie data when you visit the site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: Send residency features, updates, and marketing emails you signed up for; Manage Residency listings, payments, and promotions; Respond to inquiries and provide support; Improve our website and offerings. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
3. Legal Basis (EEA/UK visitors)
We process waitlist and marketing data based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. We process Residency operator data to perform our agreement with you. We process usage data based on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share data only with trusted providers that help us deliver our services, such as: Website hosting (Base44); Email marketing (Kit); Payment processors (ThriveCart, PayPal). These providers are required to keep your data confidential and secure. We will not share your information with a listed Residency unless you ask us to or give your consent. When you pay through PayPal, your data is also subject to PayPal's privacy practices.

Tea and Totems LLC is based in the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and in other countries where our providers operate.
